That's what Backyard Bootcamp is all about - getting you in touch with nature while getting you in the best shape of your life!
This (5-Week) comprehensive program is designed to help individuals overcome obstacles, lose weight, build strength & lean muscle tissue, and improve cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Trail running and hill climbing are also incorporated in this program. Participants are required to maintain daily food journals and participate in a pre-bootcamp fitness evaluation the weekend prior to the start of Bootcamp.
"THE WORKS" Bootcamp Package includes:
(15) 75-minute pre-designed and signature workouts; BYBC Food Journal, shopping lists, customized food plan, BYBC Recipe Book, "Before & After" photos, Body Fat measurements, body composition testing, circumference measurements, BYBC T-Shirt, Dog Tags & MORE!A "No Frills" Bootcamp is also available (see details below)which only includes the workouts.
Because best results are seen the longer you engage in physical activity, individuals are encouraged to enroll in more than one consecutive 3-week program and cost savings and other incentives are offered to those who enroll in more than 2 back-to-back monthly programs. "Bridge The Gap" between 3-week programs with a week of Krav Maga, Beach Workouts, Trail Runs and MORE!

"NO FRILLS" BOOTCAMP$289Includes: Nothing but the workouts! While it is proven that those who participate in the food plan and maintain a daily food journal see 50% better results than those who don't, we also know that in today's economic climate, people are conserving their resources. Therefore, we have adopted the "NO FRILLS" bootcamp. This plan is available ONLY to Veterans (4 time enlistees) and New Students enrolling after March 1st, 2009. |
"AWOL" BOOTCAMP$199This applies to anyone who has been MIA from bootcamp for more than 6 months. That includes ANYONE from ANY bootcamp in town! Must show proof of last bootcamp attendance. The $199 return rate may only be applied when enlisting for a minimum of 3 consecutive months. This program does not include the food plan or food journal or any of the extras included in the "Works" program. |
"HOLIDAY" BOOTCAMP$99Five (5) Unique Workouts designed specifically to burn maximum calories. We will focus on food and how to avoid holiday binging and tips on how to manage through the upcoming holiday festivities without putting on unwanted pounds. |
